By accessing or using 27aDay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Subscription and Billing

27aDay offers a subscription plan at $4.99/month. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.

3. SMS Marketing Communications

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS alerts, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from 27aDay (operated by WHLZS LLC) at the number you provided.

• Message frequency varies: up to 5 messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all 27aDay SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at hello@27aday.com.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Deals and Pricing

Deals displayed on 27aDay are aggregated from third-party retailers. Prices, availability, and deal status are subject to change without notice. 27aDay is not responsible for pricing errors made by retailers, nor for the fulfillment of any purchase made on a third-party site. Always verify current pricing on the retailer's site before completing a purchase.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code; resell or redistribute Service data without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 27aDay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WHLZS LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WHLZS LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHLZS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
