• Phone number: when you provide it to receive SMS deal alerts.
• Usage data: pages visited, deals clicked, watchlist activity, and search queries.
• Device and browser info: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and maintain the 27aDay service.
• Send SMS deal alerts (only with your explicit consent).
• Improve deal recommendations based on your preferences and activity.
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

3. SMS Communications

• Phone numbers are collected solely for the purpose of delivering 27aDay deal alerts to users who have explicitly opted in.
• We use Twilio, a third-party SMS processor, to deliver messages. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe: subscription payment processing.
• Twilio: SMS message delivery.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.
• SMS consent records (including opt-in and opt-out history) are retained for 5 years to satisfy regulatory requirements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@27aday.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use cookies solely for session management and anonymous usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

9. Children's Privacy

27aDay is not directed to users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
